Terms of Service

The Site exists to describe our consulting services and to provide a way for prospective clients, partners, and others to contact us. The Site itself is informational; engagements with Limitless Consulting are established only through separately executed written agreements.

Content published on the Site is for general informational purposes. It does not constitute engineering, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. Any decisions you take in reliance on Site content are at your own risk. For advice specific to your situation, engage us — or another qualified professional — formally.

Submitting a request for qualification, a contact message, or any other form on the Site does not create a contract, an engagement, or any obligation on our part to respond, propose, or perform work. Engagements are formed only by a separately executed written agreement signed by both parties.

You agree that any information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.

All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and structural arrangement — is the property of Limitless Automation Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, and download Site content for your own non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site or its forms to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or abuse.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying infrastructure, or any connected systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract content beyond normal browsing for personal reference.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party sites (including, for example, the umbrella site at limitlessautomation.ca). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Automation Co. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Automation Co., its principals, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, regardless of legal theory and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Automation Co., its principals, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
