Privacy Policy

We collect personal and business information when you voluntarily submit it through our forms. Specifically:

• Request for qualification: company, contact name, work email, phone (optional), service lines of interest, scope summary, target timeline, and any additional context you provide.
• General contact: name, email, topic, company (optional), and your message.
• Direct email: anything you include when you write to us at the address below.

Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps) for operational and security purposes. We do not currently use analytics cookies or advertising-tracking pixels on this site.

We use the information you submit for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiry or request for qualification.
• To maintain an internal record of inbound business inquiries so we can follow up appropriately.
• To send you a capability statement, qualifications package, or other material you request.
• To improve how we describe our services if patterns in inbound requests suggest we should.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Form submissions are delivered through Google Workspace (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets) to our internal records. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both providers may process data in jurisdictions outside Canada, including the United States.

By submitting a form on this site, you consent to the international transfer of your information as described in this section.

Inquiry records are retained for as long as is reasonably needed to conclude the inquiry and maintain a normal record of business correspondence. You may request earlier deletion at any time using the contact below.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you, including the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal or contractual requirements that may oblige us to retain it.
• Withdraw consent for any future communications.

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems where submissions are stored. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected through an updated effective date and, if appropriate, through a notice on the site.
